Liability

BlueFort Academy provides training materials, mentor feedback, and cohort experiences on an as-is basis. Nothing on this site constitutes operational advice for your employer. To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed interviews, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms. If a module is delayed because a vendor changes lab access, we will offer a reasonable substitute pathway. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those rights remain intact and are not waived by this language.

Service description

Programs include scheduled live sessions, recorded walkthroughs, written briefs, and community discussion spaces. Some exercises require a modern laptop, stable broadband, and a supported browser. Admission is subject to suitability review so cohorts stay aligned on prerequisites. We may update syllabi to reflect tool releases or quality standards improvements; substantive changes are announced with at least two weeks of notice when feasible.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, scenario packs, lab scripts, and recordings remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials while enrolled and for review for twelve months after completion. You may not resell templates, redistribute recordings publicly, or scrape the learning portal. Portfolio artifacts you author from prompts you create are yours, provided they do not embed proprietary starter kits verbatim.

User obligations

Participants must follow classroom conduct standards, respect confidentiality of shared incident narratives, and avoid introducing malware into shared environments. You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls on lab tenants or probe other learners’ accounts. Corporate learners must ensure their managers understand this is skills training, not a substitute for internal approval processes.

Termination

We may suspend access for repeated misconduct, abusive communications toward staff, or attempts to compromise systems. You may stop participating at any time; refunds follow the Returns & Refunds policy linked in the footer. Upon termination for cause, access ends immediately; where termination is mutual convenience, access may continue until the end of the paid period if already granted.

Acceptance

By registering, browsing paid descriptions, or submitting a contact form, you acknowledge you read these Terms and agree to them. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Parents or guardians must enroll minors where applicable law requires consent.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a stronger consumer venue rule applies to you. We encourage informal resolution first by writing to our contact mailbox with a clear summary and desired outcome.
