If you purchased through an employer purchase order, that organization’s administrator must co-send approval.
We confirm eligibility against the timeframe rules, verify attendance milestones where relevant, and reply with an outcome. Approved refunds are initiated with the original processor. Partial refunds, when applicable, are calculated from unused live session weeks after documented withdrawal timestamps.
For consumer-style purchases, you may cancel within fourteen days of payment without giving a reason, provided live cohort sessions have not yet begun and no confidential download packs were accessed beyond previews. After cohort start, refund windows tighten as described under eligibility.
Full refunds apply within the cooling-off window when materials remain sealed per system logs. Partial refunds may be considered for medical absences supported by documentation or relocation beyond reasonable travel.
